She was admitted in 2016 as a solicitor in Victoria and South Australia and began her career advising on family law matters at Women’s Legal Service SA. Since 2017 she has specialised in domestic building disputes and civil litigation while at Fenwick Elliott Grace. She joined Grope Hamilton Lawyers in 2019 and works closely with the senior partner specialising in building and construction disputes, Rino Marrone. She has been the instructing solicitor on a number of Supreme Court appeals and matters in the Environment, Resources and Development Court. Litigation has been her main focus for the past several years and she has assisted clients with advice on risk mitigation and compliance with relevant statuary law.
Tiffany’s commercial rates and experience provide an effective solution for builders and homeowners seeking assistance in domestic building disputes. Her advocacy has allowed her clients to effectively negotiate resolutions of their matters.
Tiffany has jumped on the sourdough trend during COVID-19 lockdown and embraced yoga and hiking. She was previously a member of the Army Reserve and particularly enjoys cooking, running game campaigns for her friends and solving escape rooms.
